What’s great about Lehigh Valley Beer Week is that it takes place throughout the entire Lehigh Valley. So, if you want to celebrate near your home in Allentown or take a short trip to visit some bars you don’t normally go to in Easton, Lehigh Valley Beer Week has events for you to take advantage of.
With so many events, however, it can be difficult to choose what you want to go to, or even get a handle on everything that’s going on during the week.
Thankfully, a few publications, including The Morning Call and The Express-Times, have put together some fun posts to beer lovers out.
First, there is The Brews Traveler — a Lehigh Valley beer bus tour 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. For $80, participants will be shuttled to five of the Valley’s breweries for tours, samples and takeaways — Allentown Brew Works, HiJinx Brewing Co., Two Rivers Brewing Co., Weyerbacher Brewing Co. and Funk Brewing Co.
The tours will also include stops at the Colony Meadery and the County Seat Spirits distillery, both located at Allentown’s Bridgeworks Enterprise Center — also the home of the HiJinx.
